The name Nina's Paradise suggests one to find the ultimate pleasure in the sweet indulgence offered by Nina.
Who said that eggs are an unsubstitutable ingredient in a cake. Taste the difference with our signature home made vegan cakes which we offer in different flavours. We also offer other sinful, mouthwatering desserts like customised cakes, cupcakes, tart cakes, tea cakes, cheesecakes, cookies and also some freshly baked sumptuous breads which are all home made with lots of love.
Our baking journey began in 2016 with a small counter at home as a kitchen but with big dreams in eyes to fulfill. Catering to the needs of all the happy customers further gave us more experience and motivation to innovate and come up with something new every time. Thereby, to cope up with the ever increasing demand of our customers and to move to a higher step we opened the doors of a new home made cakes bakery, Nina's Paradise in 2021.
FOUNDER
"Nina's Paradise" is the vision of Nina Agarwal, founder and head chef. After completing her Graduation in Finance in 2013, Nina was still not satisfied with her career and wanted to do something creative with food especially in desserts as she herself had a sweet tooth. So, to explore more in this segment, she joined Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts, India. After getting her diploma here, she worked as an assistant baking chef in Fabelle, ITC Gardinia, Bangalore for a year.
But Nina was still not satisfied with this achievement, so, she left her job and started experimenting at home. By 2016, she started taking orders for cakes and cupcakes and slowly started increasing the products she could offer. By 2020, Nina was fully prepared to start with a proper outlet but due to the pandemic her vision got delayed. Still this could not stop her from exploring more. During this time a friend of hers asked her about vegan cakes. Thats when she saw a gap there and took it as an opportunity to gain an edge over other bakers. With the pandemic slowly declining, Nina's vision started taking shape and with an added USP of vegan cakes, it opened its doors in April 2021.
