OUR SIGNATURE: VEGAN CAKES

With new and weird FADs coming up everyday, one such FAD which got a good change and also new opportunities was going "VEGAN". Being "VEGAN" means consuming only plant based products and avoiding all meat and animal products including dairy, eggs and honey, and, as far as possible, avoiding products tested on animals. So, our vegan cakes which is our signature dessert, is free from eggs, gelatine and dairy.

We were all geared up to start our own bakery in 2020, but with the announcement of the lockdown, we had to take a backseat. The world was at a standstill but we were putting our heads into creating something new and different but still satiating your cravings for something sweet. Days were spent in our research but with no success. One day, a friend of Nina called her to ask if she knew how to bake a vegan cake since her sister had gone vegan a month ago, her birthday was coming up and she was not being able to find a cake that would satisfy her needs. That's when Nina realised the gap there and decided to research more on how to bake vegan cakes. She tried many recipes and was finally satisfied with one of them. Without informing her friends and relatives, she made them try those and no one realised that it was vegan and were astonished when they came to know that it was a 100% plant based cake. This further motivated Nina to try new flavours in her vegan discovery which now became an added attraction to our bakery which we could finally start in 2021.

After many trial and errors, Nina has finally come up with chocolate, strawberry, coffee, vanilla, chocolate hazelnut and red velvet flavoured vegan cakes. These vegan cakes have become her USP since she is one of the very few bakers who provide home made vegan cakes which are fairly priced, along with so many flavours to choose from.
